Aegean Castle Andros – Adults Only

The proprietors were so friendly and welcoming. View of the Aegean and hills of Andros are breathtaking. Breakfast was a delicious spread of local cheese, egg dishes, pastries, jams, etc., and the pool was a relaxing respite from the afternoon heat. The location is a 10 minute drive to Batsi, and a 25 minute drive to Gavrio or Andros/Chora.

The view is magnificent!! The owners - Christina & Petros - are very friendly and accommodating, with lots of tips for the island to enjoy. The rooms are very spacious with all amenities and perfectly cleaned daily.

Our experience was positive! We absolutely loved our stay!

The hotel is in a renovation stage. Everything around the pool was under construction, so unusable. The reception and the breakfast area are not even close to an acceptable standard. The male owner is borderline rude.

Amazing view from the room, very kind staff and good breakfast. The day before our arrival we have been informed by the owner that we have been upgraded to a bigger room. Large room with a large balcony with a sofa where you can stay and relax. We have really enjoyed our stay and possibly will come back. The Hotel is 7 minutes by car from Batsi where you can enjoy your evening with good restaurants and bar for aperitif and with a lot of beaches within 30 minutes drive.

Beautiful castle with great views in a central location. The owners are wonderful and provided great service and breakfast.

The room decor and bedding is quite dated and could easily be updated. Driveway is very steep we were happy we rented a bit larger car.

Breakfast was delicious, all homemade. Incredible views, wonderful staff.

the views from our suite terrace were gorgeous. Christina and her husband are excellent hosts. the Grand suite was gorgeous and the bed and pillows were lovely. I had requested soft pillows and Christina made sure I had what I ordered. the breakfast omelettes were made to order. nothing was too much trouble for Christina and her staff. we would certainly stay here again.

unfortunately we arrived very early in the season and there was still some work happening around the pool area, which was finishing by the time we left. we were exploring the island during the day so it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience, and will be finished by now.
