It was very clean and tidy. The owner was very friendly and spoke excellent English. We liked that there was a car park beside the building.

Ayia Evfimia is the right option when choosing to stay at Kefalonia. Amazing views, beach, great food. About the acomodation, we couldn't be happier. The hosts are amazing and super helpful. At our first day, they gave us a map with several sugestions about places to visit and where to eat. They love the island and that love is contageous! The room was very clean when we've arrived. It is cleaned again every second day, when you also get fresh towels and sheets. It's perfect! You can smell the freshness. You have where to park your car right in front. Kefalonia is the most amazing place and we're very glad we've choosen Alexatos Studios and Apartments.

Perfect location Lovely host - knowledgeable Clean and everything working well

5 minute walk down to harbour and beach. Originally offered the economy ground floor one but they upgraded me free of charge to upstairs more spacious apartment. Wonderful shower, all kitchen equipment, stove and large fridge. Bed was very comfortable and masses of cupboard space with a safe. Good quality sofa bed that converted into two beds/double which I did not need but would have been good for another couple. Balcony the length of apartment with chairs and table. Hairdryer and TV. Air conditioning worked well.

Slightly dated decor, but this did not detract from comfort. Bathroom a little small but shower good size.

This was an excellent, quiet location in the village. The owner, Mirtha, was friendly and helpful and the place was spotlessly clean. The accommodation was simple and perfect for our requirements.

There was nothing to dislike.

They were really flexible with the check in since we arrived pretty late

The room we had was not the one in the pictures. It was below the street level with a small window, no balcony and we were a bit disappointed for that reason.

The location is perfect. You have local shops, souvenir shop, bakeries, plenty of restaurants nearby. Efimia is a good starting point for trips. Close to Myrtos beach and Sami. A lot of parking spaces. The room is spacious, the kitchen is well organized and the terrace is big. Room 8 attic is the most quiet and well positioned among all. The view offers the mountain at the front, the sea at the side and a beautiful sunrise to the left.
