"Faulty Towers service, take your own pillows, otherwise vey pleasant."

Good location, very clean. Nice large unit.

Very poor customer service. Had a very bizarre « Faulty Towers »episode. Rang ahead to advise we had a calamity and could potentially be late, no lock box or availability to leave a key out, so we sorted our problem and managed to arrive at 8.00pm in pouring rain, to closed reception and no one answering phone calls or messages. Eventually someone arrived after 8.30pm and blamed us for ruining their night and arriving early. Just couldn’t win! ALSO the pillows are TERRIBLE! Take your own !

De accommodatie was boven verwachting heel erg luxueus uitgerust, er waren ook voldoende privé parkeerplaatsen op de locatie.

Very well equipped, particularly appreciated the washing machine and drier.

Little privacy without closing the curtains right across the front of the room then, unsurprisingly, it was dark inside. Unusual shutters in a window space between the bedroom and the bathroom also gave little privacy.
