Fraudulent behavior!! be careful !! do not pay in advance I was travelling in a long flight of 18 hours , there was a major road work in A1 and i have arrived 40 min. late for the check in agreed time. I have tried to find the property and I couldn't since it is located inside a maze , I was standing under the rain for 2 hours and the host people phones are switched off , I have been attacked by a neighbor dog while waiting for response . Booking.com response was disappointing ,irresponsible and not supportive at all. I have to search for. HOTEL AT 2 AM. The host people deny me from checking in next morning and they refuse to refund me the payment for 6 nights! after 7 calls with Booking.com staff , they informed me that it is the host right to do whatever they want and you should try your self to contact them , the host blocked my No. and I was left stranded! A very shocking experience !!

Excellent location, clean and comfortable. The host is very nice and helpful. I have stayed in more than one location at Peterborough for the last 5 months, and this is the best. Thanks Priscilla

Modern, well-designed and well-equipped property, with quality fittings. Very helpful owners. Close to BR, especially after I found the short cut. (Owners sent directions, but system took 15 hrs to deliver message!) Quality toiletries. Cupboard with useful selection of salt, oil, cling film etc. Excellent set of knives, but didn't seem to be board to protect worktop. Used a plate, but was worried in case I chipped raised edge with very sharp knife. Rubber "broom" to sweep up crumbs, but couldn't find dustpan to transfer to bin. Having a basic washing up bowl would save hot water.

Although it's always better to be too hot rather than too cold, I had to open all the windows on second afternoon, as it was much to warm for me. Didn't seem to be knob to turn off most of rads. Sofa was too low for me. (No arms to help someone stand). TV seemed to need separate password for each channel. This probably makes sense to those with new-ish TVs, but mine is over 10 yrs old! No towel rail in ensuite, and over-door hanging hooks too high for me. The knob to unlock building when going out is quite small, and awkward to grip. (Outside control of flat owners). None of these would put me off booking again.

Only a very minor comment, the sofa isn't very comfortable to sit on very hard and no spare pillows in the bedroom that I could see, incase needed.

this is a very well appointed flat. close to the centre. every amenity to enable self catering shower, bedroom, lounge/kitchen excellent space in a quiet location. big advantage was own parking space. Patience and Priscilla very helpful. great location and well recommended

the pillows were very hard. it would have been nice to have some softer options sofa was a little uncomfortable for long sitting TV was a little small for the room. all minor niggles and no problems

The apartment itself was perfect for what we needed and the location was great and quiet. The property was very clean and the host was very attentive. Patience was very pleasant and helpful.
