"Bell'appartamento ma meno curato del solito"

Ho già soggiornato allo Chalet Everest altre volte e mi piace la struttura nel suo complesso, le finiture degli appartamenti e la posizione molto comoda.

In questo soggiorno ho trovato l'appartamento non pulito adeguatamente e nello specifico l'appartamento aveva bisogno di qualche intervento di manutenzione (probabilmente perché siamo a fine stagione)

Pulizia scarsa: capelli nel lampadario del bagno, ditate sull'armadio, polvere sotto il letto, e sul piano cottura, sporcizia a terra. In cucina la cappa si è persino sganciata accendendola. La “vista montagna” promessa non esiste: dalla finestra si vede solo un cantiere, e alle richieste di spiegazioni il personale ha scaricato la colpa su Booking senza scusarsi. Al check-out (ore 9.30) non c’era nessuno per ritirare le chiavi: dopo venti minuti, con altre coppie in attesa, abbiamo potuto lasciarle al negozio accanto. Esperienza complessivamente negativa, non lo consiglierei.
