The apt was great. Clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. The property is beautiful, clean, quiet, great pool, and friendly people. It was better than I expected. Will be going back.

"Very dated with mold"

The staff and pool were very nice.

Very old, room smelled strong Lysol smell that did not weaken. Definitely has mold somewhere as I had a reaction. Tile floor with cracks. Just very old for PTown but I guess matches the price.

"Just what we needed"

We liked the location. This timeshare had all that we needed. A comfy bed, shower and a kitchen. Plus the staff was very friendly along with the people who take their annual vacations there.

The property needs some tlc. I am a handyman and I could see that the property is in need of some touch ups and repairs. Some fresh paint and a few minor repairs would keep this property from a fast noticeable decline.

"It was a quick get away for my wife's birthday. She loves the Cape."

The unit was larger then I thought it would be. I was happy for that. It had a bath and a 1/2 . The people were frendly and the other guest were very informative.

The price was high for a 1 night stay.
