I spent one night in the hotel before my departure from Baltra airport. The rooms are quite new, everything was clean and tidy. The staff was super helpful, especially with regards to organizing a transfer to the airport, which worked perfectly fine.

Some technical finetuning of the new rooms is needed, in my case the warm-cold regulation of the shower was not really responsive and the water pressure could have been a bit higher.

Great breakfast, clean room, big bathroom. Warm welcome and informative introduction from the host. He also helped call for texi for me. Many thanks to everything he did.

Need more shampoo.

Our host, Marcos was fantastic. He works very long hours and is always at the ready to offer some assistance or take care of a need. Marcos had a number of suggestions for excursions which he took the trouble to arrange for us. Overall, our stay was excellent and we greatly appreciated the tremendous hospitality.

There is nothing specific that I could speak to, The wifi was a little sketchy, but it is the Galápagos Islands.

Patty and her husband are great hosts. Warmly recommended.

Very friendly hostess Patty, spacious room, great breakfast, location is perfect if you do not want to be in the middle of the busy center of Puerto Ayora.

The waterpressure in the shower was low and there was hardly any hot water.

Patty and her family is just the best! Very attentive and sweet. I would recommend 100% !

The owners Patty & Marcus were excellent hosts. They went above and beyond and organised tours and taxis for trips and the airport. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Puerto Ayora
