Keittiö, keittiön varustelu oli hyvä. Kylpyhuone/sauna oli loistava.

Huoneiston viimeistelyn laatu, lattia kupruili, kaikki sisäovet olivat vaikea avata tai sulkea johtuen listojen väärinasettelusta yms. Huomasi että huoneisto on rakennettu kiirellä.

Pesuhuoneen lattiakaivo ei vedä kunnolla! Tuulikaapissa olisi hyvä olla matto! Pieni kauha olisi hyvä, kattila raavittu lusikalla naarmuille! Ilmastointi äänekäs! Ovet äänekkäät avatessa ja kahvat jumittaa!
