Tagore Spa Aparthotel

Three clothing hangers fir a room for two is unsufficient. Unfortunately there was no hanger for trousers.

The apartment is very cozy. Located in a quiet street but only a few minutes walk away from Lake Balaton. Extra equipment is the infra sauna in the flat. There is a pool in the facility and wellness area. Perfect for colder weather too.

Very nice, recently renovated apartment, only the plates, mugs and cutleries could have been a cleaner.

Everything was perfect, highly recommended.

- Fully equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, micro, fridge, utensils and other cooking tools). - In-room sauna - Fine design - The correspondence with the host was plausible - Private parking

- The matrasses and pillows were not so comfortable. - There were no enough wall sockets in the kitchen, so kettle, toaster and micro were needed to work not in parallel, but one after another. It would be nice to have as minimum electric tee installed there. - There was a sugar, but the salt was missed, that is а pity. Also, it would be nice to find a tea and coffee bags in the kitchen. - The ceiling shower didn't work - just the one on the wall worked as expected, but its height was not adjustable and therefore was not suitable for our height. Our host reacted very quickly to our complain, but the problem was not fixed because the Easter public holidays - we do didn't have any problem with that though because it is not an emergency fix. For the future, I would just suggest to the host to verify all facilities in advance without waiting for guests' complains. - There were no soap dish in the shower to put sponges - The operation hours of the SPA center in the building (14:00 - 19:00) are a bit short and were not suitable for our plans, so we couldn't use them.

I had such a comfortable, cosy stay at the aparthotel. Balatonfüred is a wonderful little place (even in winter!) and the aparthotel was perfect to come back to, to unwind in the sauna and jacuzzi (being winter the facilities downstairs were quiet, so I didn't even use the in-room infrared sauna, but I know I would have if it had been busier!), and lie in the comfortable bed. Aldi is just a couple of minutes away for groceries and Balatonaracs station next to it. Highly recommend!! Oh and - everything was spotlessly clean (coming from a clean freak!!)

As previous reviews have said, the wifi wasn't the strongest, but useable (I could watch YouTube videos, for example). But this appears to be wifi provided to the whole building, as opposed to something the host has control over!
