La. Limpieza del lugar su distribución y organización en general

Todo me pareció fantástico

La habitación estaba limpia muy amplia y fresca gracias al aire acondicionado. Contaba con todos los servicios, tiene internet pero estaba un poco lento y se cortaba un poco la red, el baño muy amplio y limpio, está muy a gusto. El personal a cargo fue muy amable y estuvo en contacto con nosotros para la llegada. Cuenta con estacionamiento y con áreas comunes, y aunque no pudimos utilizarlas ya que nuestra estancia fue muy breve y principalmente para dormir se veía muy linda la alberca.

Lo único que no nos gustó fue que nos encontramos una cucaracha en el lobby, y si bien las habitaciones están súper limpias y cuentan con guardapolvo para evitar que puedan entrar insectos,, creo que afecta la impresión de las personas.

Great Service, great staff

The location is great , you have a lot of restaurants nearby . The room is very comfortable and you even have a share kitchen that is very helpful if you don’t want to spend a lot of money and want to cook , it’s a great choice. I loved the shower, it’s very spacious and the water feels nice . We didn’t get to explore the pool because it was raining a lot throughout our whole stay , but it looked very nice and cleaned. Also , I liked that we were able to park our car inside the facilities without any additional cost , it made us feel very secure. The instructions via WhatsApp on how to find the place and how to get to your room were very helpful and they even included photos , which was great ! The bed and pillows were also comfortable for my liking.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that the staff wasn’t very communicative in regards to the check out . I included a photo of this because exactly at 12:00 they told us that we had to leave , and the manager looked mad . In the Booking website it says you can check out until 1pm. So , I suggest to update that time in their Booking,that way there is not confusion whatsoever.
