Convenience to the ferry station

Language barrier with staff and their lack of knowledge of the area

The breakfast was amazing and really really good. The property itself is nice and the apartment is extremely beautiful and spacious. The staff was very friendly and quite responsive which was good. The food we ordered through room service was also very good, one of the best meals I had in Tanzania. The views from our balcony were to die for !

The apartment was not thoroughly clean and one of the pillows had some stains.

Beautiful apartments. Looks exactly like the pictures. We really appreciate that they packed our breakfast since we were leaving much earlier than breakfast time.

All was good, my third stay here

Check in was a little difficult as they require you to check in before being given a parking slot. As there is no on street parking allowed near Fairview, this can be challenging

The place is good

-Staff don't attend to your issues -Cleaning staff not polite and drained my shower gel, broke my deodorant -no adequate toilet paper -public areas dirty -service app does not work

The environment is excellent

When the neighbours smoke the appartment alarm disturb all of our sleep and there is no way to stop it

The spaciousness,the view & location were remarkable.

The kitchen wasn’t really functional for preparing food. More utensils & supplies would be helpful. Cloths, t towels, paper towels & cooking utensils.
