Beautiful apartment. Huge. The views are stunning. It is well equipped.

The hotel overall was amazing. Especially if your coming with a family. You get a nice, spacious dublex apartment. It was lovely had so much space and it was just as surprising. Very surprising since some hotel dont show up to expectations but fairview did. Service was lovely and quick. The food was the best food ever with the beat restaurant. Halal - certified, healthy, tasty, good 4 kids and its close to the marine transport to zanzibar so big ups to that. Near the train station if your planning to go to a safari like to mikumi national park. And a 20-30 min deive from / to the airport. This is one of the best hotel apartments ever in tz. Links to tanzania Train station - not more than a 15 minute walk, to go to places like mikumi or other places Plane - not more then a 25 minute ride from/to the airport. Boat - very close to the boat not more then a 3 minute walk.

Can get very loud!! Especially at night when you can hear people speaking on speakers and other things. Other then that the hotel is amazing

We were visiting Tanzania with 2 families and kids. We picked this property because of proximity to the ferry terminal. It did not disappoint, with a beautiful apartment at a good price and spectacular views of the harbor. Kids in our group loved the outdoor pool on the 4th floor. The included breakfast buffet is in a casino across the street, and it is outstanding. Staff in the lobby are helpful. The only downsides were that the taxes and extra occupant fees pushed the price up, and the neighborhood is not great for walking due to sidewalks being crowded with people in the ferry area, and it is not convenient to any beaches.
