Daytona Condo with Beautiful Ocean and City View

the location!!!!

We like the property. We have stayed here many times. Location is great and the staff is great.

This time when we stayed we stayed in a private room. Like an Airbnb. This was the first time. Usually we just get a regular room. When we got into the room we noticed it was very clean. Which was good. We had brought some food with us. We out the food in the kitchen which was in a bag. About 15 minutes later we noticed when we opened the bag there were a lot of gnats in the bag and on our food. Also a lot of them flying around the kitchen. I opened up the little mini frig and there alot of dead ones in the there. I emailed the owner and had no reply. I know it was a holiday weekend. So I was excepting a response after our stay. I did not clean the frig. We were unable to bring any food back with us because of the gnats. If we did, within a few minutes they were flying around us and the food. Also the A/C in the room does not keep the room very cool.

We loved the balcony and the accommodations were comfortable. It is a great location right on the beach and spacious for two people.

The air conditioning didn’t appear to be working very well. It got pretty hot in the evenings. On our last day, we had several horseflies find their way in. The hot water handle in the kitchen popped off when used.

I wouldn't describe this room as a condo, as much as it is a hotel room. Very small, photos are a bit deceiving.

The location was perfect..

The room was not clean at it looked happen to pick up the mattress their was trash under the bed where the remote control was hidden not by the bed ..and we look all over trying to find it that evening before calling .. definitely not comfortable rest or relax because of the air condition … small space with kids.. bathroom to small of space I ever seen..:

The location was great. It was close to many businesses within walking distance. It had easy access to the beach. I al a o liked that our room was stocked beach towel, chairs, cooler, and umbrella. A bottle of Moscato was provide along with wine glasses.

The room definitely could have used a huge makeover. On the wall near the entry door was a huge hole from the door handle. The painting throughout looked as if they hired a unskilled painter. The drywall texture didn't match in one corner of our room. There was a portable AC unit which meant the main AC unit didn't work. The cover to the AC had fallen off while we were sitting on our balcony. As for an ocean view...well if you leaned onto the balcony rail you could see a bit of it.
