Holbox Deluxe Wellness Apartments

In our experience, the place was clean, we liked the location, close to the center and a few steps from the beach, and yet quite surrounding. The receptionist was nice and attentive, we told him about the towels and he took care of it right away.

The breakfast was poor, not many options to choose from. The wifi didn't work that well. Also, the towels looked old, but we told the employee about it and he told us later that he ordered new ones because of it.

Ubytování bylo na pěkném klidném místě kousek od moře, personál byl příjemný a nápomocný. Pěkný bazén i venkovní prostory hotelu.

Velmi nás zklamaly snídaně, které měly být v ceně. Nakonec byly v ceně tousty, džem, máslo, ovoce. Pokud chtěl člověk vajíčka nebo kávu, musel si připlatit! Některé vybavení nebylo funkční - vypadával kohoutek od sprchy, záchodové prkénko nebylo přimontované. Odpadkový koš byl u nádobí. Ubytování neodpovídalo ceně.

Un havre de paix ! À 10 min du centre en plein milieu de la végétation, le studio est superbe et le personnel super gentil. L’établissement est magnifique !

Especialmente Frida fue muy atenta y amable. Me encantaron los Whatsapps de atencion. Ayudaron en todo. Muy limpio y buen desayuno pequeno pero muy bueno.
