Venetian Poseidon Pool Hotel

Great facilities, big pool and a children's area where they could play safely. Nice large lounges, nicely equipped gym. Sauna and steam room, all working and in good condition.

It would have been nice to have some sun loungers and some of the water features were not working, food would be a great addition if possible.

Komikation zum Besitzer war gut.

Vieles war kaputt und veraltet. Wasserschaden an der Decke Flecken am Bettgestell auf dem Sessel. Richtige Sitzgelegenheiten waren nicht da der hocker war kaputt. Das waschenbecken komplett Lose und schief das Badezimmer Fenster voll mit insekten Küche nicht richtig ausgestattet Vorhänge komplett gelb (nicht Raucher Zimmer bestellt gehabt) Fenster konnte man nicht abschließen da es kaputt ist. Am Herd war die Scheibe zerbrochen. Wasserdichter falscher Stecker.

The pool,location and it was quiet.

I don’t know if they supposed to clean the room everyday but it didn’t happens,not enough toilet paper I had to buy my own,no cutlery,towels wasn’t change.i have to call to get something.don’t get me wrong but service wasn’t great,location was excellent.
