Happy Valley Pattaya

Big room, comfy bed, good location for me about ten minutes from the beach,, twenty minutes taxi to Pattaya City ten minutestoJomtien. . The hosts were goods people, very helpful with everything and even provided a bicycle to get around on at no extra charge. Rudi was efficient at resolving any issues if something went kaput. The pool was a great feature too. On the whole, it's a nice, peaceful place and I will return.

For the price I can't really say there was anything I didn't like. If I was expecting a five star hotel environment for the cost of staying there then you may be disappointed, but these are budget studio apartments and were exactly what I expected. So I don't have any complaints. It is what it is this is Thailand.

The location is ok, close to massage and shops, Makro, the sea. I will stay there 3 times this year, each time for about 45 days. Problems are solved as quickly as possible by Mr Rudy.There is a pool.I am satisfied with my stay.

The apartment wah situated a long way from Jomtien beach, about 45 minutes walk! So when sleep 1 night! And check out, after when did book a room direct At Jomtienbeach. So the location of the apartment was to far out.

Nothing dirty no cooker no kettle dirty neglected room full of cats and used as a Moterbike reper shop and no hot water it's a DUMP. It had blood and old food debris all over the walls. Only stayed there 4 days out of 21 and had to pay £322 each on proper accommodation. Can you please send me the appropriate refund details. This place was totally uncharitable. Totally misled.

The room was spacious and comfortable. i arrived very late from Bangkok but had no trouble gaining access to my room / condo most facilities where in good working order

Wifi or the lack of wifi you had wifi code, but i was unable to connect as the password wasn't accepted, but i was travelling with a thai sim so i just used that, i was also told to to get a stamp from the immigration office which i didn't do as i would of thought this would of been taken care of especially as i was only staying 8 days

The rooms are large and comfortable and quite well equipped. Most of all, we love the community feel. That is rare. It is very relaxed and we quickly got to know everyone here. The Owner is very accommodating and easy to get along with

We love it here. It suits us. It is not so flashy, but I have no need for flashiness. I like my comfort, and that is better than flash any day.
