Very clean. Beautifully decorated room with a beautiful balcony view near the main street.

It’s close to the main walking street with bars and pubs in front of the balcony. The room has a 3 glass door balcony to prevent the noise. That’s a good thing.

The studio apartment was clean, comfortable, and centrally located within walking distance of anything we needed. The hosts were outstanding and offered assistance with everything, from parking to local directions or restaurants. Lilian maintained regular communication and responded whenever we had a question. Although in the “middle of the action” on the main street (especially on the weekends), soundproofing in the apartment kept out any disruptive noise. When finished sitting on the balcony “people watching” we could retire for the night without any concern of disturbing noise. The “hydromassage” tower in the shower is amazing. There is a small convenience store/restaurant directly below on the street level for those last minute water, snack, or beer runs.

The only issue we had with the apartment was the unexpected number of steps, with no elevator option. The unit is on the third floor. My wife and I are in our late 70’s - she with a hip replacement, me with a knee replacement. The climb up and down the steps, especially after being out in the heat of the day, took a bit of a toll. If you have physical limitations, take heed; if not, we can unhesitatingly recommend Wide Blue as your vacation base for Neos Marmaras. Parking is hit or miss. It’s free on the street, but can fill up quickly if you need a space to park your car. Public parking lots are also free, but small, and spots are quickly taken.
