The Blue Pagong

The place was very quiet and close to everything

The view from the appartment and the stairs to climb with a heavy suitcase. Also the works on progress on the sea front.

The staff were the best .. Friendly and helpful.

Nothing to do The Blue Pagong, but the Next door building was something of a junk yard..

It was a spacious place and suites people who like that. It had kitchen utensils you need. I was happy they had kettle so I could make my own coffee. I was staying on third floor and had partial seaview. It was a nice breeze on third floor.

Well staying on third floor but if I stayed on lower floor i wouldn't get even partial seaview.

The apartment is clean and staff are nice

Booked for 1 week, ended up extending to stay a total of 2.5 weeks. Wonderful little apartment in Sabang where you can feel like you have your own space. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, friendly staff. The place also has a generator to make your stay comfortable even during the frequent power cuts (happened everywhere in Sabang but some restaurants and other hotels we visited had no generator it seemed!) I'd stay there again.

Note that this apartment is on the ground floor so we experienced some slugs crawling inside occasionally (think it has to do with the nature, not the property). It was also tricky to find the apartment the first time (you have to walk through another hotel's property). Be careful with the water heater which only produces extremely hot water even on Low temperature setting but Sabang is hot enough to never need to use the heater.
