The receptionist was nice

This hotel is over rated, the floors were not mopped before our stay. The cleaning was every other day, but even then we had to requested. We had multiple issues in the room, the bathroom sink was leaking, the terrace door was not locking, they fixed next day but still so many issues. There was mouldy smell around the room and most of the appliances were old and rusty. Around the pool we had to walk carefully because the floor was slippery when wet. Most the of the sun-bed were occupied but no one was around the pool, I feel like the staff was suppose to intervene. Overall we haven’t enjoyed our stay here, the price was way to high for what we got.

The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the beach and is relatively clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym was small, but it had enough space for a workout and was also very clean.

There was a water leak from the refrigerator, and we had to clean the kitchen floor every day. The kitchen was not well-equipped; it was missing many of the tools needed to cook properly.

Comoda la posizione molto vicina e ottima per visitare Rethymno e le spiagge della zona. Carina la piscina. Receptionist molto accoglienti e accurati nelle informazioni

La nostra stanza era al piano seminterrato e vicina al garage, quindi aveva odori e rumori poco gradevoli. La stanza era piena di zanzare. La struttura non è fornita di spiaggia privata.

Gera lokacija, švaru, malonus personalas, registratūroje papasakojo apie lankytinas vietas. Iki Retimno centro 30min pėsčiomis. Su Taxi iki centro 9€. Kambaryje labai patogios lovos, kas man svarbu. Buvom 7 paras ir per tą laiką keitė rankšluosčius, tvarkė kambarius. Kadangi buvo daug lankytojų, baseinų naudojomės kitame šalia esančiu viešbučio baseinu.

Kaip ir nusiskundimų nėra, bet visada yra kur tobulėti.
