Manolis' House

Excellent location, very central. Host was very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Cleanliness of the room and surrounding gardens was of a very high standard. Overall I thought this place was excellent value for money and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Fab location, 5 mins walk to Main Street, it’s a quiet place with a small pool, very rare in the town to have a pool. and a beautiful tropical garden, host was very nice and helpful, free toiletries and bottle of water. Comfortable bed with nice linen, good size balcony. Plug sockets and a big mirror for ladies to do their hair. Would stay again.

Maybe not the pink lights above bed and mirror, a normal bulb would be better.

Tutto! Posizione ottima (due minuti a piedi ma leggermente defilata quindi silenziosa). Pulita e carina. Ma soprattutto Manoli è una persona carinissima, gentile ed accogliente ! Ciao Manoli!!!

Manolis House is a little gem, you would not believe you were in the heart of City of Skiathos. The room was spacious with a lovely private balcony. It was spotlessly clean with fresh towels & service daily. We will definitely be back.

The pool looked a little on the small side, however we never used it as we prefer the beach.

It was our pleasure to stay with Manolis. His communication was excellent and he greeted us on arrival. We actually met his mother as well and she was lovely. It was a really beautiful and clean accomodation. The room was spacious with a functional kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large. The garden was amazing with many exotic plants providing shade and peace. We had a problem with some lost luggage and Manolis went to a great deal of trouble for us. After we left the island the luggage arrived at Skiathos airport. He made phone calls on our behalf and actually rode to the airport with his bike to collect it. He then spoke with Seajets and arranged to have the suitcase sent to our next island Skopelos. This was such a wonderful courtesy and we are very grateful to him. Thank you Manolis!

Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night at this fabulous place which was far too short. Manolis is so friendly & helpful. Location is great & the pool area is fabulous with amazingly comfy sunbeds. Ideal to cool down after the heat & hustle of a day in Skiathos Town. The room was great, spacious, beautifully decorated with comfy beds & a small kitchen area which was very well equipped. We're looking forward to our next longer stay.
