Host gentile e presente all'arrivo, ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni sull'alloggio e i ristoranti in zona. Camera ben arredata, tre letti singoli, bagno spazioso. Piscina disponibile per gli ospiti. Buona posizione, distante circa 800 metri dal porto, ma vicina a negozi e ristoranti.

Piccolo angolo cottura con solo due piastre elettriche e scarsammte attrezzato. Non c'erano nè generi alimentari di prima accoglienza (tipo bustine di tè o caffè solubile)) nè spugnette/detersivi per permanenze brevi. Solo una bottiglia di acqua.. L'host è stato molto premuroso al nostro arrivo, peccato però che non ha mai risposto ai miei messaggi nei giorni precedenti l'arrivo, per cui i suoi consigli sono arrivati troppo tardi.

Perhaps the best place to relax in Skiathos. About two minutes from the center and the old port. An incredible villa with all the amenities, without any complaints. Manolis is very accommodating, always ready to help. I recommend 100%!!!

Diese Bewertung bezieht sich ausschließlich auf die Kommunikation. Wir hatten eine Übernachtung gebucht, konnten jedoch wegen des Windes an diesem Tag nicht mit der Fähre anreisen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr verständnisvoll, freundlich, hilfsbereit und in jeder Beziehung angenehm. Was die Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers angeht, können wir Manolis House also nur wärmstens empfehlen.

La camera era stata ricavata da quello che evidentemente era un garage o qualcosa del genere. Infatti l'altezza delle stanze era davvero bassa con una trave centrale che addirittura era solo a 180cm da terra, facendomi rischiare più volte di sbattere la testa. Di conseguenza anche le porte e le finestre erano molto piccole risultando in una stanza molto buia. La piscina risultava un po' sporca. Il vialetto per giungere alla stanza di notte era molto buio.

Manolis was one of the most gentle hosts we ever met. Super communication, open to any kind of advice and help. We broke a lamp and found a solution right away. Perfect location close to supermarket and bus stop, the studio is super comfortable and the AC perfectly working. We would definitely repeat the experience.

Manos, the owner, sent me messages before our arrival with detailed information on how to find the property from the ferry port. Once we arrived at Monolis' House we were delighted at what we found, a beautiful property set in fabulous gardens, with a great pool area. Manos met us at the gate and led us to our room. The room was spotless and was cleaned each day we were there. The bed was very comfortable, the shower always hot, not always a given in Greece and the kitchen area had all you would need. The room was completed with a nice sized balcony with table and two chairs. Manos kept in touch with us by WhatsApp, ensuring we were happy and we were.

A very good accommodation and location. The garden is gorgeous.
