Manolis' House

La atención de Manos anfitrión, cálida y servicial. La habitación excelente, cómoda y bella. La cama muy cómoda! Salida de agua y temperatura execelente. Aire acondicionado. El entorno del jardín y la piscina. Iluminación natural y excelente artificial. Muy bien equipada la cocina. Limpieza diaria de habitación y piscina. Elementos divertidos para disfrutar de ella, con sala al aire libre y tumbonas. Excelente ubicación a 200m de peatonal y 5 minutos del puerto de donde salen los botes a diferentes lugares. A 200 m de la avenida para tomar bus. Quedamos enamoradas madre e hija, de skiathos y de Manolis House. Volveremos sin pensarlo.

La struttura è abbastanza centrale.

Il gestore molto carino mi ha fatto trovare dolcini e prosecco per il mio compleanno. Però purtroppo questo non cambia le cosa. La nostra camera era praticamente un sottoscala con una porta d'ingresso talmente piccola e bassa che dovevi abbassare la testa per entrare. Anche dentro i soffitti sono bassissimi e creano una sensazione di claustrofobia terribile. L'ambiente è molto umido e anche il condizionatore non migliora la situazione. La finestra presente in camera da letto è praticamente a livello strada senza protezione e zanzariera risulta inutilizzabile, meglio tenerla chiusa. Ho passato in quella camera una notte terribile che non auguro a nessuno! Io credo che una sistemazione del genere dovrebbe essere vietata per legge! Se volete alloggiare in questo posto chiedete preventivamente dove hanno intenzione di sistemarvi, se vi offrono il sottoscala scappate!

Abbiamo trascorso solo una notte in questa struttura e non abbiamo usufruito di molti servizi come piscina e cucina. Per il resto, la struttura è accogliente, immersa in un giardino ben curato con atmosfera esotica. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile. L'alloggio è moderno e arredato con gusto, con un bagno grande e confortevole.

Il nostro appartamento era al piano terra e aveva un soffitto molto basso, non molto adatto a persone molte alte.

Absolutely amazing! I only stayed for one night, but I truly wish I had more time to enjoy this beautiful place. It has everything you need—and more. I really appreciated the small iron in the room; such a thoughtful touch. The whole place was spotless and smelled lovely throughout. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the main street with plenty of shops and restaurants. Manolis is a wonderful and helpful host—he provides all the essential information and great tips for your stay. The only downside was that my stay was too short. Next time, I’ll definitely book for more days. Thank you for this amazing experience 😊

Everything was above and beyond excellent! Manolis and his staff were so kind, thoughtful and welcoming! Beautiful mature gardens created with love over decades - providing cool shelter even in a heatwave - the pool area was just perfect - a quiet, peaceful place to read, reflect, enjoy artwork, nature - close to all amenities on offer in Skiathos - within 6 hours my husband had forgotten what day of the week it was and how long he had been there - time moves at a different pace - just what the Dr ordered and we can still feel the benefits of having stayed in this wonderful location! Thank you!!

The place is located near the bus stops and very close to the port and the center of the city, without it being in the busy and loud part. The host is very attentive, welcoming and helpful, gives a lot of tips of what to see, where to eat and etc. The room we were in was very spacious and was cleaned every day, with fresh towels every day, the bed was really comfortable. The garden of Manolis House is incredible. Overall we were very pleased we stayed there and we recommend it to everyone! We would return:)

Manolis House' da çok memnun kalarak 4 gece konakladık. Konumu çok iyiydi, Papadiamantis Street' in hemen arkasında, tüm aktivite noktalarına ve 4 numaralı otobüs durağına çok yakındı. Kapıdan girdigimiz anda "Bali"yi anımsatan yemyeşil bitkiler ve ağaçlarla bezenmiş, günün her saatinde gölge ve serinlik sağlayan, bakımlı ve çok güzel bir bahçeye adım attık. Tertemiz havuzun manzarası da çok güzeldi. Odamız çok ferah ve tertemizdi. İhtiyaç duyulabilecek her şey (tirbuşon ve şampanya kadehleri bile) vardı. Sevgili Manos, konaklama öncesinden çıkış yapıncaya dek son derece ilgili, özenli ve misafirperver davrandı. Çok güzel tavsiyelerde bulundu, her konuda gönülden yardımcı oldu. Skiathos'a tekrar gelişimizde kesinlikle Manolis House'ı tercih edeceğiz ve herkese tavsiye ediyoruz.

Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli, il proprietario è molto attento ad ogni necessità. La posizione è molto buona, a due passi dal centro ma in una strada tranquilla.
