Sunrise Resort by Liberte'

IT's a good location with nicely set up condo layouts.

The management company (Liberte) is usually on top of things but this year was odd. Had to have someone work on our AC in the winter during our stay because the mgmt. company wanted it done. Couldn't get into the property at first and the answering service was no help...received no callback from the mgmt. company as I read and reread their confusing email trying to figure out which numbers worked for which locks. I would still be outside of the property if I hadn't figured it out myself despite their nonsensical email instructions.

The location is good, plenty of parking and the apartment is a really good size.

The property is really dated and in desperate need of an upgrade, especially couches and both bathrooms.

The instructions for how to enter the lobby were wrong. We arrived on a Sunday, and the lobby was locked. Absolutely no where in the instructions provided were we given a code to the door. We spent an hour with our two small children trying to get in, finally someone staying at the hotel let us in. We finally got someone on the phone who gave us the code. We were extremely disappointed in the check in process.

The location was great.

Master bedroom needs room, darkening curtains bad. Inless you like getting up at 4:30 in the morning when the sun is rising and coming through blinds. The ceiling fans need new blades and are coming unscrewed from the motor and are very dirty. You can smell sewer gas coming from the front toilet. In desperate need of new pillows.

Excellent communication with Liberte, great location, and amenities! Appreciated that there were starter packets of coffee and soap.

We were given directions to find a key in a lock box that would let us into the lobby so we could get to the room. There was not a lock box and fortunetly a kind person gave us the code to get into the lobby (they said the keys had not been used in years). The condo is in a great location but it is not very clean and could use some repairs. There were clothes from the last renter under the bed(tells you how well they clean)
