"Very poor"

Ms Vivian the host was very attentive to all my queries.... and she changed our apartment to a better one on the second night to compensate our sleepless night on the first day.

The unit that we rented on the first night was really awful and not safe to live in.... I have directly informed Ms Vivian about all the faulty items along with the videos. This unit at level 26 is not safe and suitable to be listed in booking.com until all of the faulty/broken items are repaired.
