The location is great, it is very close to the beach and to the main square, and there are many markets, bars, restaurants very close. The studios are clean and comfortable and have fully equipped kitchen. The hosts are very polite and friendly, and met all of our requests.

If traveling by car in a busy season, finding parking spot near the apartment can be challenging. Luckily, the hosts allowed us to park in front of the house in order to remove our luggage, but then we had to remove our car and search for a parking for 15 minutes before finding a parking spot.

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect - very close to the sandy and spacious beach. Also, just a few minutes walk from a market, the city centre and different food venus and restaurants. The accommodation was very clean, which was super important for us, and very well equipped. The hosts were amazing! Respectful of their guests privacy, but always there if help is needed. Ms Georgia was very kind and thoughtful - made us feel very welcomed (thank you!). We would love to come again!

We loved staying in Vasilevi Studios! The apartment is comfortable and very clean. It's super close to the beach (one minute walk) but quiet (away from all the restaurants and cafés). The owners, Ms Georgia and her husband are the sweetest people ever. Very pleasant and always ready to help. If we ever come to Nea Kallikratia again we would definitely stay at the same place.

Very kind host, 1 minute walking distance to the main beach, 2 minutes walking distance from food venues and market. It is very clean and had everything we needed.

It could be difficult to find a parking spot but we got luck and found one in front of the property. The check out is a bit early, 10AM and it could be inconvenient if you are traveling with children.

The accomodation was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed and more and it was just a few minutes from the public beach and beach bars, as well as the city centre. The balcony was pretty big and the bathroom was new and clean. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed for meal preping and eating. The hosts were great too, they helped us with everything we needed and were great and communicative. Our room was overlooking the garden, so even though we were close to the center of events, it was very quiet at night. Even though the accomodation didn't have parking space, the host found us a parking spot just in front of the accomodation.
