The property's reception opening hours are: - Sunday to Friday: 8:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 - Saturday: 8:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 Please note that the swimming pool is closed on Saturdays. Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 20:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. For the arrivals after 20:00, the guest must contact the residence to proceed with the payment of the security deposit, and only then we leave them the keys in the code box. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Please note that for stays from 2 to 6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out. The pool, fitness room, sauna, hammam and pool table are located in the Hameau du Rocher Blanc 1 building. Please note that the use of WiFi will incur an additional charge of EUR 19.90 per week. Guests are required to clean the accommodation prior to departure. Alternatively, a fee will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean. The residence accepts pets, with a maximum of two per accommodation, at a rate of €10 per night or €59 per week. A deposit may be required at the property.
