Posizione centrale, staff cortese, numerosi parcheggi gratuiti nelle vicinanze

Non era la stanza mostrata dalle foto, appartamento ricavato da ex negozio sul provinciale, all'interno mancavano completamente tutti gli appendiabiti e gli omini negli armadi (dover appoggiare le giacche e 4 tute da sci per terra rientrati a casa non è stato simpatico), mancavano i piatti fondi nella credenza, c'era un'anta rotta con uno specchio rotto all'interno di un armadio che è caduta quando mia figlia ha aperto l'armadio (per fortuna non le è finita in testa), io mi sono tagliato per rimetterla a posto). Insomma bene ma non benissimo...

Soggiorno eccellente! Alessandro è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile fin dal primo momento, sempre pronto a venire incontro a ogni nostra esigenza. Gli appartamenti sono ristrutturati, puliti e molto comodi, perfetti per rilassarsi dopo una giornata sulla neve. Inoltre la posizione è ideale: le piste da sci si raggiungono in soli 10 minuti di macchina. Esperienza davvero positiva, assolutamente consigliato!

Staff imbarazzante, mai ricevuta una risposta via messaggio. Ci hanno fatto aspettare 40 minuti a -3 gradi, perché erano occupati in cucina. Stanza sporca, asciugamani sporchi. La struttura, in assoluto, più deludente tra tutte quelle provate!
