Very nice location and friendly staff.

I would prefer it to be more comfortable (the beds) and with some more attention to the guest. Nice stay overall

The employees at the reception and the pool were very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and clean.

The cleaning lady did not wipe the floor even once for 9 days. Although we asked her in her own language, she pretended not to understand. She kept coming at the same time when our baby was sleeping to ask to clean, and of course, we couldn't let her do it then. She didn't show any desire to agree on when to come to clean when our baby is awake. She even saw that I was in late pregnancy and that I bought a bucket and a brush to clean the floor myself ( it was outside by the door). Terrible rudeness. Once, she even left a new roll of unpacked toilet paper outside on our dirty doorstep ( totally unhygienic). The apartment and garden area are not safe for toddlers. There are so many sharp rocks stairs. The garden area is not fenced. There are no canopies, so there is no place outside where you can sit or dry your clothes when it rains. There is no terrace as we see in apartment descriptions. It's definitely too expensive for cleaning on your own and you can not relax if you have a small child. If there is north wind blowing, there are big waves at the beach, and it is impossible for swimming. It can last for days.

All as expected.

The staff was awesome, especially Mr Makis and Ms Eleni. The bar was decent and the food was tasteful.

Access to the hotel by car is a bit tricky but there is nothing to be done about it.
