There was everything what we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, there were also dishwasher and kettle (which isn’t so common in Italy). There was a nice view on the mountains from the balcony.

Sometimes you can hear noise from appartments/rooms around.

Nice location. Easy walk to the lifts. Plenty of parking (September 2023). Flexible options to use the wellness centre in the evening.

No shower enclosure, just a shower head over the bath, so water everywhere. Couldn’t open kitchen drawers without shutting yourself in the kitchen. No basics in the kitchen, such as a few dishwasher tablets, or a cleaning cloth etc. When the hotel is busy, it’s extremely noisy - banging doors, noise from other rooms dishwashers/toilets etc. Not a problem out of season mid-week, but not great at weekends. Hotel owner called us at 08:30am on day of departure to remind us to check-out, cleaner then attempted to let themselves into our room. Checkout was not until 10:00.

Remigio really cares for the guests. Helpful in questions both before and during stay. Cleaning is daily and thorough in the hotel. The wellness area was also great. Due to early departures every day we could not taste the breakfast, which is a pity as the restaurant was very inviting. Location is also great. Dolomites is all around and even a hiking trail just starts at the hotel. However, it is a bit further away from the downtown of Canazei, so if you are interested in that, look for another hotel.

Minor things like some beds are positioned in a way that you have nothing behind your head which is a strange feeling but maybe its only me. On the top floor the shower was a bit inconvenient for tall persons due to roof inclination in the otherwise spacious and comfortable bathroom. But it was only in one room. In our other 2 rooms none of these occured.
