The location was lovely! Our apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. Lorenzo and Gaia both went out of their way to be amazing hosts.

I liked everything about this location, the staff Gaia. Lorenzo and Clara were just there for us I have already recommended this place to friends. Just a beautiful and warm experience.

I have nothing bad to say about the place itself, but the restaurants in Cervino itself are a bit too fancy, a nice local place would have been nice. The best we visited is "Mario's"

The kitchen was big, we liked the large bathrooms and the view was perfect. The staff is friendly and gave us cooking oil and coffee in the morning.

Parking is 10 euros a night. I'd rather it just be part of the price. No Smart TV for Netflix or Prime.

"Beautiful Views of Matterhorn and Greenery, with Excellent Staff"

3 Chalets is in a quiet location about 15 mins walk from Cervinia town centre. Fantastic views of the majestic Matterhorn and surrounded by greenery. Our well-equipped 2-bedrooms apartment is spacious and comfortable for our party of 4. Our host Gaia is most responsive and helpful with our requests !

Perfect location and amazing view to the mountains. Very friendly staff. Close to many hiking trails. We liked very much our stay.

There is definitely a need for some updating of the apartment/hotel, especially the kitchenware and beds. Also a coffee maker and toaster are nowadays basic things that should be found in every apartmenthotel.
