BASE CAMP alpine apartments

Location is good for accessing the ski resort.

Room was adequate - updated but had a smell and coach was not comfortable. The building itself is old, decrepit, loud, and a maze to find your room and ski lockers. The local lodging guide provided in our room listed it as 2 stars - which is accurate. This is not a 8+ as shown on Booking.com. This is a 6 story building with a number of local workers staying here. When they get off work late at night - they use the lobby to make phone calls, socialize and smoke at the front of the building. Their noise echos down the hallway to the rooms until midnight or later. The management offered to help but who wants to be woken up every night and have to call someone to fix the issue? We had a 4 night reservation and left after one night. We were not comfortable with the noise and facility. The management did not offer to refund a portion of our remaining nights. This is a 2 star accommodation.

Fräscht. Hade varit toppen om det fungerat med ski in ski out som var anledningen till att vi bokade detta.

Ski in fungerade inte då det var beroende av en lift som knappt var igång på hela veckan. Besvärligt att ta sig hem.

Rommet var rent og hadde det vi trengte.

Ikke varme i støvelholdere i skapet i skirommet.

Rooms were clean and warm. The welcome pack was appreciated! Restaurants and shop downstairs were convenient but the shop could be better stocked. Hector was so welcoming and helpful.

A bedside lamp didn't work. No bowls in the kitchen is a bit ridiculous. Indoor car parking costing €15 a night is too expensive.

Le luci sulla testata del letto e dello specchio in bagno (camera 313) non funzionavano, aggiungerei dei ganci in bagno per gli asciugamani e delle coperte extra nel caso qualcuno avesse freddo, ma sono piccolezze!

Hotel employees really nice and flexible! Rooms were also really nice!

Restaurant wasn’t available during our week.
