金額が安い 洗濯機、乾燥機がある 電化製品が揃っている 駐車場がある

部屋の壁が薄く、隣の物音が聞こえる 駐車場が狭い 床掃除がちゃんとされていなかった（髪の毛が落ちていて目についた）

小さいアリがいた 2階のお風呂とトイレが狭かった
