Una estancia muy grata. Lo mejor de todo fue el último día: cuando fuimos a recoger las maletas de la consigna para regresar a nuestra ciudad, la recepcionista rubia (de procedencia del Este) fue encantadora. Como veníamos de pasar el día en la playa, tuvo el detallazo de prestarnos dos toallas para que pudiéramos ducharnos antes de viajar. Un servicio espectacular y una atención al cliente de diez.

Bar staff are amazing from the manager to the new bartender girl that just started, amazing lady by reception and very helpful, I don't know her name but is a taller lady in her 35-40 and shorter hair, rest of the reception staff needs to have more interest when dealing with guests

Por 20 minutos de antelación para el checkin nos querian cobrar 28€ para entrar en la habitación. La habitación olía a humedad y al aire acondicionado cuando estaba encendido. Demasiado ruidoso, todo muy viejo.

Las chicas de recepción súper amables, juraría q cuando hice el check estaba la jefa y también un 10 ! Es el segundo año q repito, la primera vez fue en 2024, y la vd q noto q mejoro el hotel, hace dos años no estaba equipada con utensilios para cocinar, este año tenía de todo !!!!

No sé si fueron mosquitos o arañas pero vinimos con un montón de picotazos, ( igual fue culpa nuestra por no tener cuidado con dejar ventanas abiertas)

Posizione non vicinissima ad Ibiza . Check in troppo tardi . Abbiamo chiesto di cenare ci è stato riposto che il ristorante la domenica sera era chiuso . All’ingresso macchinette a moneta per prender cibo ma solo dolcetti o piccole patatine . Camera pessima , esposta su un appezzamento mal tenuto , bagno angora con le tendine anni 80 . Rumore tutta la notte .
