The communication with manager gave me stress. We had misunderstanding and it was no time to listen who is wrong who is not and I just wanted to stop conversation but manager started to be really rude, moving his hands around me, raising voice and being emotionally aggressive. For me this kind of behaviour can not be exist in this situation. I asked again not to continue this conversation coz anyway we are leaving after 40 min but he was continue to blame me , raising voice. To be honest I felt stressed and just because of this kind of behaviour- I don’t like to book it again or to recommend. Some problems or misunderstanding can be , it’s life and not problems. But to raise voice, to be emotionally aggressive with clients- I’m sorry, it’s really upset.

People cleaning the room are very nice.

European lady working in the kitchen is disrespectful. I hope she improves herself. A lot of mosquitos, not in center.

It was very clean, I was able to wash my vlothes, and they had a really nice pool. Ibrahim was super friendly!

There was a small leak in my room

I'm very grateful to Ibrahim, Sabina and Mustafa, who helped me in everything. I plan to spent three weeks next time and only in Herrmes.
