The territory is very beautiful and well maintained, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious and very beautiful. The bathroom was huge — probably twice the size of the apartment I live in. The bathtub was amazing, it was so nice to lie there and look at the pine trees outside. I also really liked the smart toilet seat — a fun and unexpected experience. The room had everything necessary and looked exactly like in the photos. As a welcome compliment, there were some delicious mandarins waiting in the room. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you to the staff — very kind people, and the room was clean and cozy.

As for the downsides: the breakfast selection was quite limited, especially for Europeans, but in general as well. It would be nice to have some pastries, more vegetables, and maybe things like muesli or cereal, yogurt, and fresh milk. The Wi-Fi was also a bit weak, although I didn’t really need it much, so it wasn’t a big issue for me. The mattress was a bit too firm, which unfortunately is quite common in Vietnam. At night the room was a little cold, but that’s normal for Đà Lạt and hard to avoid. The blanket was warm, the shower had hot water, and there was great artichoke tea in the room, so I didn’t feel cold.
