Location was ok.

Lack of service from staff. Not interested in offering information on where to eat. They have a function room adjoined to your rooms. A birthday party was in full swing when I was there. Their food preparation blocked my vehicle in so I wasn't able to use it if I required it. Plus the party went on to blast Karaoke for 3hrs after the dinner.

Location is close to the center. WiFi is working well. Room is very spacious. Especially, there's a swimming pool, but we couldn't use it as it rained a lot.

There's no breakfast of food provided on the site. It's better if there's someone to help carrying the luggage. Price is not cheap at all.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Fish pond was a nice addition. The pool was also good to have. Air con in room good and the two beds were large enough for 2 parents and 2 children (11 & 13).

The large windows in the rooms meant not as private as other hotels... but you can draw the curtains. The coffee shop on site wasn't open but plenty of coffee shops nearby - an excellent one opposite.
