you can hardly find better. All was perfect, very nice apartment with a lot of space. fantastic swimmingpool of 22m length. So the pics are not misleading. Nice garden with plenty of space to have your own corner. And above all, the owner Heleny who makes unforgettable breakfast. Congratulations, travelled so many times to Greece. But this is really a topper. Thx very much !!

Clean room. Clean bathroom. Satisfying water pressure in the shower! Comfortable environment for couples and for families with children.

The area is quite isolated so it's wise to have a car.

The pool is just perfect - very clean and a great size for swimming, with a gorgeous view of the sea and plenty of good quality comfortable loungers with umbrellas around it. The whole property is beautifully kept, with lovely gardens and more loungers and umbrellas on the lawn for relaxing in the shade. We got an apartment and it was great, spotlessly clean and very comfortable with plenty of space. The location is fabulous, it is a bit remote but I liked that - it is quiet at night except for the sound of the waves, and you feel as if you are at the edge of the island with the sea around you. The breakfast is home-made every morning using local ingredients and absolutely delicious, with lots of variety - she makes fabulous little savoury pancakes, and traditional cheese + spinach pies (in addition to eggs, bacon and cereals), the home-made jams were wonderful, and you may have some friendly company from a cat or two. We felt very welcome, it is a smaller family run establishment and the owner is a very gracious host. I would suggest that the location is best suited to travellers with a car. It is possible to walk to Grammeno beach and the surrounding restaurants (Houmas in particular is excellent), but the walk is along the road without a footpath, so it is much more pleasant to drive (especially coming back from dinner at night), plus having a car allows you to explore more of the surrounding area.

The wifi is a bit slow & spotty, but this honestly wasn't much of an issue. If you want a 'resort-style' experience (e.g. organised activities, room service, nightlife etc) then I think this is probably not what you're looking for, it is a quiet and laid back environment. Perfect for us, but not what everyone is after.

Our stay was great thanks to Helen the owner who was really nice and helpful. The swimming pool with sea view is Amazing. Our room had been refurbished with a nice terrace on the garden. Breakfast was great! Everything was perfect!

We stayed for one week in September 2022. Our room was sufficient for a short stay for a couple. For a longer stay the larger apartments would be more suitable. We especially enjoyed the lovely large clean swimming pool in spacious well kept gardens, offering a sea view and quality sun loungers with parasols or shaded by trees. Each morning we had a wonderful fresh breakfast at the poolside buffet, also available for snacks and refreshments during the day. Viena is well positioned with nearby beaches and tavernas a short drive away, or 5 minutes to all the amenities of Paleochora. We particularly liked Krios beach, comparatively quiet and the sea is so clear and warm, with a cafe/bar on hand for drinks or snacks. Staff at Viena were always welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.

The only room available was a more expensive family room so we paid a lot for the luxury.

Breakfast was awesome. Homemade and fresh. Try the different kinds of jams. The apartments are clean and comfy. The staff was very friendly. The view was great.

Everything was great.
