Great location adjacent to the beach and a short walk to supermarket bars etc.

Severe winds on part of my stay meant the pool was dirty with wind blown sand. Cleaning guys did their best but difficult to win against nature.

Superb location right on the dunes. Immaculately kept. Great views from the rooftop terrace. Very friendly staff.

Unfortunately we had 5 very windy days so the sand was everywhere. Couldn't use the rooftop terrace or the pool. The last two days of our holiday when the wind stopped were blissful. Such a beautiful setting.

The location was perfect and the scenery was also beautiful. The bungalow was also clean and had everything to our needs.

The only thing that bothered us was that there weren't so much hot water. When showering, after about 3-4 minutes the water was running rather cold so it always had to be a really quick shower but other than that everything was perfect for us

The location is very quiet and right in front of the dunes. We appreciated the possibility of easily walking to the major locations in maspalomas and we always found free parking around. The bungalow is spacious for 2 persons, and it offered also a terrace with view and small space right in front of the door. We were remotely working from there and the wifi was excellent.

It is not something that I did not like, but maybe we were unlucky, and we experienced very bad smell coming from the bathroom all days we were there. This being said, the cleaning staff was very kind and tried to find alternative solutions however, the smell persisted so for the days we had to stay in and work it was not ideal.

Next to sand dunes and close to Cita shopping centre. Solarium on roof great for sunbathing. Bungalow was very well equipped.

Our bungalow was next to the reception and cleaning staff were noisy at 8am. Water in pool was cold.

Really great size property and amazing location. The bungalows are in a quiet compound with a supermarket just a short walk away and the dunes just behind. The roof terrace gave amazing views and was a great place to relax privately and peacefully in the sun. For our 7-night stay the place was cleaned daily and we got a change of towels. The shower was amazing and we had so much space in the property. Good size cupboards in bedroom. Back terrace we used for drying clothes. Front terrace had patio table and chairs. Roof terrace had sun loungers.

There were no toiletries and no soap in the bathroom. Would have been good to be aware of this as we could have picked some up enroute. Despite being very warm during the day it got quite chilly overnight. There were duvets available but no duvet covers. We found the pillows quite uncomfortable and they did impact our sleep Reception was closed during our stay, so had to collect keys from another hotel up the road. This also created a barrier to getting assistance.
