Pool, spacious rooms.

One of the pools (50 m from apartment) were occupied by summer camp (there was no warning before coming to hotel), so we need to go 800 m to another pool. Staff do not speak english, so they just ignore those who are not italian Air conditioner in the apartment was broken (it made lound sounds, water was leaking directly into the bed). We need to move furnitures in the bedroom and get a bucket for the water. I informed reception and went to reception every day to remind. One of receptionist said in the 4rd day that mechanics do not have time for us. Machanic came only after a week of problem registration. He did not fixed, turned AC off and left garbige in the room. We got another apartment only after I (pregnant woman) went to reception again and screamed on that the same receptionist (who said that mechanics do not have time for non italians for 4 days). We also asked about loundry. So we need to ask for 3 times to get staff to show us where the loundry room is. Such awful service I did not image, especially in europe!
