Mansarda la soffitta

View from apartment and from balcony. Size of apartment. Garden.

Price is a bit higher. Walls in property are not sound proof. We can hear late evening people from next apartment’s TV and talks.

Nice & clean aparmtent with excellent view on the lake & mountains.

Nice and cozy mansarda with a great view over the see. Location is perfect, close to very famous hiking trails in the Dolomiten. Kitchen is well equipped, we do not miss anything. Marino and Loredana are great hosts, providing us good tips on restaurants and attractions in the area. Big Thank You!

The view was even more amazing in person!!! This whole place is fantastic. I would definitely return here. The kitchen was well equipped, clean, and had absolutely everything needed. There are enough towels, soap, extra pillows, extra blankets etc - everything you need. All the people involved in the management of the apartment are fantastic - both Sergio who handed the keys and the owner's mom. Even the neighbors are friendly and helpful. There was a plumbing incident for the whole house and the owner solved this issue in a fast and a considered manner, even the neighbors came to inform us about the issue. There is a breathtaking hilltop above the apartment with a remarkable view, an old church, lovely houses, a small shop, and a cozy bar with the most sincere and lovely staff :)

As in a mansard apartment it got cold and a bit damp on the cold and rainy days, but you can contact the owner and ask him to turn up the heat and the apartment has also provided with extra warm blankets. The sofa bed was squeaky and loud, could maybe be treated with oil etc.

The view was absolutely amazing! The hosts were also super kind and helpful.

Mansarda is very well kept, clean, has everything you need and in a prime location to visit Cortina, the Sella Ronda and the Tre Cime. Marino is very helpful and we will be back for sure. Grazie Marino.
