Was not pleased that we had to move rooms about 11 at night after paying over £150 for 1 night. Also to be told that there wasn’t a switch on for the boiler hence why I didn’t work even though security come and checked and also said that it wasn’t working. Location is fantastic but definitely not worth the money you pay we also sat outside and had a drink and my sister went in to see price of cake to be made to feel like she was stealing it and bar lady was abrupt and rude Also in the new room the shower was freezing cold and didn’t warm up after being told the boiler works etc. all in all we made good out of a crap situation

Good kitchen facilities, and much more convenient for a family than a hotel. Located on a busybmqin road ao a fair bit of traffic noise throughout the night.

We stayed in “Pier View” The apartment was amazing! It’s was huge! lovely decor. Comfy beds, reclining sofas. The apartment was right on the sea front, next to the pier, Wetherspoons and all the restaurants. Perfect location. We had our own key and access to the room at all times. Parking was a bonus. And the views were exceptional!!

No welcome basket like we have had at other properties and local shops were closed so could not access tea/coffee/milk which was disappointing

This place was a joke!! I paid for the executive apartment which we was put in the standard!! We had NO hot water, the place was freezing. The staff was rude. Our front door was hard to open and close. The photos on the booking.com website are nothing like we got. There was no free standing bath. The windows were filthy. Hardly any complimentary items, we had 3 sachets of coffee but no milk. After complaining a few times we were moved to an executive room at 9.30pm which was pointless as we were going to bed, we had a long journey ahead and we just wanted to go home. The executive room was no different apart from we had hot water and a better sofa. It smelt damp and dirty. This place was NOT a 4* absolutely disgraceful. £161 a night!!!
