Hotel Aglaia

I Had the plasure to meet Elena, the Host, and i must say she Made me feel Like Home from the very beginning Till the end. She gave me some good Tipps about places nearby to visit and i was never disappointed. Also she Made me upon request very delicious breakfasts, everything tasted fresh and healty. The room was quite Big and super comfortable, with a perfekt View of the See . What i enjoy the Most was that the area was really quite. So If you are looking for a non-touristy place this could be your perfect choice. Also enjoy the swimming in the Crystal-clear water nearby. If i will plan another Holiday in the south of Crete i will be super Happy to stay at your Hotel again!!! Thank you Elena !

Nothing, everything was perfect!

It's an older apartment block but everything worked and the beds were comfortable and it's all very clean. We find a lot of apartments we stay in have missing plugs for the waste or pop up wastes that are broken etc. None of that here, nothing broken and everything works well. The terrace was very generous in size and being on the 2nd floor afforded great views of the coast. The location is a short walk from the shops and eateries. Check in and check out times are also generous. The host Helena is also lovely.

very calm area, good price, strategic point, very friendly staff, very good price for value, close to the beach (9 minute walk). Would come again

separate rooms are advertised on booking.com as one. the room we got was not what we expected from the pictures, including less amenities. Fortunately enough, the staff were nice and were able to provide whatever facilities we needed as per the initial booking.

We had booked a large room with a double bed and a tiny room with single beds was allowed to us. The hotel staff "couldn't do anything", we jad to ho to another agency in the town, that as well couldn't do anything, "call booking" ... The hotel is quite rudimental.

Very clean, very close to a beautiful beach and the hosts are very friendly, accomodating and hospitable

I had only one problem, but a considerable one. Of the two hosts one doesn't speak English at all and the other speaks in spare words and broken sentences. Getting understood and understanding them was difficult and lengthy, usually needing to resort to charades and gestures

Very clean and spacious room, with a lovely balcony! Location was very quiet too and the hosts were very polite!
