Ocean View Cabo Condo Create Memories!!

Comfortable stay for two - balcony, washer and dryer on site, and kitchen were all great. Pool makes for a nice amenity. I appreciated that the host let us check in early given a health issue.

When booked, this property was advertised as beachfront. The property was not on the beach. To access the beach you are told to walk 5 minutes down a hill, under a bridge, and then enter a hotel, walk through the hotel to then access the beach. Everyone within the hotel has wrist bands and there's clear signage saying that it is private property and you should not enter if you aren't a guest or resident. One time, we were turned away entirely and couldn't access the beach given we weren't hotel guests. The owner directs you to walk through the hotel as part of beach access. The nearest public beach access is 4.7 k down the road via google maps or requires walking along a highway with no sidewalk. In addition to the above, there was supposed to be drinking water provided and the bottles were empty. We shared there was no water on day 2 of our stay and water wasn't received until day 4. Some form of compensation and refund was requested and it was not provided by the owner.

Spacious, safe clean condo w large outdoor patio. Large comfortable bed & well equipped kitchen. Guarded complex in good location, w parking. Pool is absolute highlight, clean, w view accross bay.

Aircon needs arrention altho' there are ceiling fans. Little dated inside but well equipped. Needs some attention, ie towels rack replaced, stuck together w sticky tape!

It was very clean and well equipped. Wonderful location, beautiful view of the ocean and close to a very nice and long wide beach.

The entry lock was a little difficult to navigate.

Super comfy bed. Lots of room. Decent kitchen. Really comfy couch. Big terrace. Nice grounds. Large refrigerator. Pretty pool (though we didn't use it).

It was comfortable kitchen was set up to make some meals! Very quiet easy to relax on the patio for morning coffee and evenings opening up the blinds to watch the beautiful ocean! The pool area was our favorite place to relax!

It was dangerous feeling to walk along the busy highway to get to places to eat! No grocery stores close by to buy a few staples only an OXXO then have to climb a big hill with the items you purchased! Have to get an Uber for pretty much every where you want to go! Car would definitely be a must have to do more of the things you want to do!

Distant ocean view with balcony & patio set. Although we did not use it, the condo complex had a smaller, secluded infinity pool. Very quiet and nice. Tastefully decorated, cute condo. Comfortable bed. A very good value located in a gated community. Kelley was very responsive, nice and helpful in providing nearby restaurants suggestions. Filtered water provided via dispenser. The hillside condo and complex is reminiscent of Santorini.

A couple very minor repairs needed-did not pose a problem at all with our stay. The condo had a musty/mold smell that dissipated with using the screen doors for outside air. You can hear the nearby traffic when outside.Booking.com app communication wasn't working so Kelley had to connect directly with me to provide the instructions for accessing the condo.Booking.com issue, not her.
