Die Kommunikation sowie Check-In und Check-Out ging schnell und einfach. Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte genug Platz.

die Duschtüre war defekt, hat sich aber noch schliessen lassen und dann beim duschen nicht weiter gestört.

Very poor we were told it was 2 beds 2 bathrooms we got I bathroom for 4 people unacceptable as one member of our party she has a colostomy bag and found it very embarrassing I spoke to the owner of the property he told me he couldn’t do anything about the situation the poor lady had a terrible experience such a shame it totally ruined her holiday we were basically left to get on with it we did not even get a change of towels over the 5 days we were there unacceptable no communication from the owner what so ever would not recommend this property to anybody

Everything waste of our hard earned money

The location of the property is very good. Otherwise, we were extremely disappointed in our stay - everything from communication with the property in advance and having the room misrepresented online.

Despite an auto email when we booked that said we'd get an email the day before with check in info, we got nothing. We messaged, called, What's app'd and heard nothing until 3 hours before checkin. Then GianLorenzo was 20 minutes late for the time he told my daughter to meet to check in. He also didn't give change for the city tax that was paid. The Superior Apartment we rented says it has a king size bed and sofa. The bed was closer to a single and they didn't provide linens for the sofa bed until we asked. GianLorenzo was rude and abrupt with my daughter who was renting the unit. It was definitely not the apartment shown on their site as the Superior Apartment. The unit was clean but not overly clean and did not look as new as it does in the photos.

The accommodation was very pleasant. The apartment is a short walk from the centre and the lake. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. The accommodation does not have an elevator, which was a bit difficult with a small child, but the authenticity of the old town house made up for it with a pleasant experience.

The apartment was not very bright and the kitchen was not well equipped for everyday cooking.
