We liked the proximity to the beach, the nice and clean room for a family of 4, the delicious breakfasts, the friendly staff, and the fresh renovation.

The staff doesn't speak English, but for us, it wasn't a problem.

We booked an upgraded room, expecting something better than the standard option. However, my cousin was placed in what appeared to be a converted utility space—possibly a former garage—located on the ground floor (essentially the basement), outside the main building, with only a tiny window. The hotel owners deliberately concealed the fact that this room was on the ground floor, marketing it as an “upgraded” room and charging the same rate as a standard one. This is a clear case of manipulation, relying on the assumption that any reasonable guest would choose an upgraded room over a standard one when offered at the same price. When we refused to accept the room under these misleading conditions, we were given only three unacceptable options: • Leave with no refund • Pay extra for a different room • Stay in the room as is There was no apology, no attempt to correct the situation, and no gesture of goodwill. This attitude completely ruined my cousin’s experience and deeply disappointed me, especially since he was my guest and I wanted everything to go smoothly. I cannot, under any circumstances, recommend this hotel. For clarity and proof, I am attaching some photos that illustrates the situation.
