Appartamento un po' datato, ma con spazi vivibili. Apprezzato il terrazzino. Comodo per la posizione (a 10 minuti a piedi dalla cabinovia Spinale) e soprattutto per la disponibilità gratuita del garage.

Letto scomodissimo.
