Clean, friendly, comfortable apartment, perfect for a weeks skiing

Very nice apartment. Great a new sauna/wellness area. Perfect with parking in the basement. Very, very good restaurant with local dishes - all of it managed by friendly chef Peppi and staff. Bus-stop right outside the door, and OK walking distance to shops, restaurants and skiing lifts.

Warning CHEAP MANAGEMENT don’t book! I have travelled to many countries over 20 years and I usually don’t leave a review even if I’m not happy. This place ruined my day on my vacation!! And this place wasn’t cheap either! 1. Cheap management does not include any hand soap, that is disgusting. 2. Warning there is an uphill walk to the hotel from town. Do not book if you are going to be tired after a long day or have walking challenges. 3. Do not go in summer. They charge 40 euro extra (ridiculous) to use the wellness spa if it’s not winter and doesn’t clearly define what the specific dates of winter are (example they don’t specify dec only or whatever). The fee is not written in the room booklet and not clearly stated that it’s not included and there’s a fee and how much. They don’t tell you how much it is until you check out, so I wonder if they can change the price whenever they want? I went to a luxurious wellness centre in Merano for 19 euro yet they charge 40 euro for a tiny wellness centre that doesn’t include any pools? 4. Booked two rooms but one room had no bed made up with sheets. 5. Insufficient toilet paper provided for a long stay and the staff isn’t always attending the front, so if you are out and they aren’t there, good luck. 6. Don’t provide any dish soap even though my unit has a kitchen. Cheap management makes you go out to buy it. 7. The management is unprofessional. I see in all reviews they are argumentative. They even sent me a follow-up message trying to defend themselves. All they needed to do is be polite and say sorry there was a misunderstanding and that they didn’t close the fee, but nope…

Fantastic location close to the center of Selva, 2 minutes to a great market, yet quiet. Big two bedroom apartment with 2 toilets.

No kitchen staples like salt, dish soap, paper towels (there is a dishwasher with soap for the machine, but some regular dish soap would have been useful).
