Beautiful place in a great location. Really nice pool.

Parking in the garage was very narrow. The pillows were uncomfortable.

"Amazing Hotel!"

We absolutely loved our stay in Residence Isabell while we spent a few days exploring the Dolomites. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment, that was very well kitted out. The location was perfect, very close to the Supermarket and only a short walk to restaurants/bars. And the pool/spa area was amazing too. Would highly recommend!

"No frills, but does the job."

Staff were lovely, location is good for shops / restaurants / ski lift, room was big and had a nice view of the church & mountain.

Charge extra for robe and slippers for the spa, which seems stingy. Also charged for a lost door card - not outlandish, but still a little stingy I thought. Sign in the kitchen saying there's a €50 fine for not leaving it clean and orderly. Very limited provision of soap and shower gel - just one little bar and one little tube, so had to buy them ourselves once there. My single pillow was incredibly flat, even doubled up it barely supported my head. Had to put my hand under it to get any kind of comfortable support / position.

"Excellent ski holiday"

Spacious room with several bathrooms. Two balconies. Kitchen. Warm garage. Bread service. Spa and saunas downstairs.

Kitchen could have had some more equipment like sponge, hand dishwashing liquid, additional cutting board and even some spices.
