Ho prenotato una stanza tramite Booking.com, ma il sistema non mi ha inviato una conferma immediata. Temendo che la prenotazione non fosse andata a buon fine, ho effettuato una seconda prenotazione per le stesse date a nome di mia moglie. Al mio arrivo, mi sono trovato con due stanze prenotate per lo stesso periodo. Nonostante l'evidente errore, la struttura ha rifiutato di rimborsarmi l'importo della prima prenotazione. Inoltre, durante il soggiorno, la stanza è stata allagata a causa di un problema con lo scolo dell'acqua dell'aria condizionata, creando ulteriori disagi. Esperienza decisamente deludente."
