L'emplacement de l'hôtel la chambre le personnel étais irréprochable. La piscine esy très grande et le petit coin ping pong et parc de jeux pour les enfants étais super. Nous avions une belle vue sur la montagne. J'ai particulièrement apprécié de pouvoir commander au bord de la piscine avec le QR code et qu'on nous ramène notre commande directement au transat.

J'avais demandé par mail s'il y a avais la possibilité d'avoir la chambre pour 14h au lieu de 15h. J'ai rappeler pour confirmer si c'était ok on m'as confirmé que c'était bon. Arrivé a 14h15 on nous annonce que la chambre est pas prête et qu'on va nous donner un cocktail de bienvenu. Après une demi heure d'attente sous la chaleur je suis allée me prendre une boisson au bar. Nous avons finalement eu la chambre à 15h.... Je ne comprend pas pourquoi nous confirmer par téléphone pour au finale nous faire patienter jusqu'à 15h.

Le calme , les cocktails et la piscine

Pour la piscine il y avait des petits saletés dans la piscine donc c’était pas vraiment très propre. Piscine un peu froide également.

Ont était en famille c'était super, juste le seul bémol que dame nature n'a pas arrêter sur 2 jours ( la pluie)

Que c'est la périodes de vacances et le restaurant n'est pas ouvert le dimanche et le lundi
